9.4. The consumer who files a claim may withdraw at any time , as long as the products have not been returned and/or recovered by »les kalimbas duVentoux » or any person authorized by it. Any withdrawal of a claim is final and makes it impossible to filing a new claim for the same product.
9.5 . If the merits of the claim is recognized, it will be offered to the consumer:

10. ABSENCE OF DELIVERY.
In case of non-delivery , the consumer should contact « les kalimbas du Ventoux » :
- Firstly , by telephone , from the date of delivery ;
- Secondly , confirming the claim sent by e -mail no later than seven ( 7) calendar of the scheduled delivery day .
The claim will not be processed until the consumer has not fulfilled those conditions , and in accordance with contractual and legal deadlines.
If the merits of the claim is recognized , it will be offered to the Customer at no additional cost to pay:
- Or the return of another copy of this/these product(s) ordered and not received ;
- Or get a full refund of the price actually paid under the command not received ;
- Either receive a credit equal to the amount(s) of the product(s) not received and valid on all new orders for a period of twelve ( 12) months.
11. MISTAKE IN DELIVERY ( DELIVERY OF A PRODUCT OTHER THAN ORDERED).

16. NON-WAIVER.
